We want you to feel confident booking a course with River Consulting Group Ltd, trading as The AI Mentor. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for every order. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at jameslawson@riverconsultancygroup.co.uk with your order details and we will forward your request to Paddle.

When refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the funds to appear.

Cancelled or rescheduled sessions

If we cancel a session and cannot offer you a suitable alternative date, you will receive a full refund regardless of when you booked.
